मुंबई शाखा कार्यालय-I (संक्षिप्त रूप में MUBO-I), भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो, भारत के राष्ट्रीय मानक निकाय के ३८ शाखा कार्यालयों में से एक है। MUBO-I महाराष्ट्र राज्य के ०४ जिलों (मुंबई शहर, मुंबई उपनगर, नासिक, पालघर) में उद्योगों को पूरा करता है।
हम MUBO-I में २६० विभिन्न भारतीय मानकों को प्रमाणित कर रहे हैं और भारतीय बाजार के लिए उत्पादों और सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता, सुरक्षा और विश्वसनीयता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उद्योग के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में १२५० से ज्यादा अनुज्ञाप‍त्र(licence)धारकों को सेवा प्रदान कर रहे हैं। MUBO-I के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत अधिकांश अनुज्ञाप‍त्र इलेक्ट्रिकल समूह, खाद्य और कृषि समूह, सिविल अभियांत्रिकी समूह और मैकेनिकल अभियांत्रिकी समूह से संबंधित हैं। Readmore»

BIS follows a well-established complaint redressal procedure. Complaints are recorded centrally at Complaints Management and Enforcement Department (CMED). Complaints can be made both offline and online. Online complaint can be made through mobile app BIS CARE or by use of Consumer Engagement Portal.
