3	ISO/TC 130 MSD 6	Graphic Technology	ISO/TC 130 addresses standardization in the field of printing and graphic technologies. This field covers all phases of the process, where graphic elements (image, text, line art, pattern and others) are created, manipulated, assembled, communicated, and finally delivered electronically as digital products or physically to substrates using inks, toners and other marking or functional materials, and finished as demanded by the end applications. ISO/TC 130 standards include but are not limited to those of terminology, evaluation of visual appearance and product quality, data exchange, process control, management, conformity assessment, impacts on the environments as well as requirements on and testing of the related materials, equipment and systems. Note:Where actual or potential overlap in scope with other TCs/SCs such as ISO/TC 42, TC 6, TC 256, TC 35, IEC/TC 100 and ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 28, coordination through liaison or JWG with the concerned TC should be maintained or/and actively pursued.
4	ISO/TC 176 MSD 2	Quality management and quality assurance	Standardization in the field of quality management (generic quality management systems and supporting technologies), as well as quality management standardization in specific sectors at the request of the affected sector and the ISO Technical Management Board. Note : ISO/TC 176 is also entrusted with an advisory function to all ISO and IEC technical committees to ensure the integrity of the generic quality system standards and the effective implementation of the ISO/IEC sector policy on quality management systems deliverables.

Excluded records management policies and procedures within the scope of TC 46 all work on information, process and production definitions and workflow of industrial automation systems within the scope of TC 184 cinematography, dimensions and labeling of raw-stock film, and the methods within the scope of ISO/TC 42 dealing with testing, rating, classifying and specifying the performance characteristics of processes, materials and devices applicable to photography work being done by ISO/IEC JTC1 that is within its scope and in particular work of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 23, SC 24, SC 27, SC 28, SC 29, SC 32 and SC 34. *NOTE* Where potential or actual overlap with other TCs exists JWGs will be actively pursued.
