More than 750 Product Certification Licences and more than 950 Hallmarking Licences are held by HPBO. With the Central Government bringing more and more products inside the purview of Compulsory Certification and the growing awareness of quality consciousness among customers, roughly 100 new certification licences for various products under HPBO are introduced every year.
