शिकायत निवारण

बीआईएस एक सुस्थापित शिकायत निवारण प्रक्रिया का अनुसरण करता है। शिकायत प्रबंधन और प्रवर्तन विभाग (सीएमईडी) में केंद्रीय रूप से शिकायतें दर्ज की जाती हैं। ऑफलाइन और ऑनलाइन दोनों माध्यमों से शिकायतें की जा सकती हैं। ऑनलाइन शिकायत मोबाइल ऐप ‘बीआईएस केयर’ के माध्यम से या ‘उपभोक्ता कार्यक्रम पोर्टल’ के माध्यम से की जा सकती है। शिकायत मिलने पर इसकी जांच की जाती है और इसके निवारण के लिए आगे की कार्रवाई की जाती है।ऑनलाइन शिकायत पोर्टल के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए क्लिक करें।.
